We want you to get the best experience from us and your bike.

We will respond within 24 hours to all email enquiries, or the stubby holder is on us!

Customer aftercare for those lucky enough to have one of our bikes is everything.
That is why we offer phone support to our customers, 7am-7pm, 7 days a week.

Shipping Policy

We want you to get on your bike asap.

Once we receive your order and the bike is in stock, we promise to do our bit and have it packaged up and out the door within 5 working days. Once shipped, we will provide you with tracking details of your order.

We ship all ebikes and accessories all across Australia!
Please see individual postage costs at check out.

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on our bikes or other stocked products.

We do not refund delivery fees.

Damaged goods

We advise that you check the packaging of the goods as soon as they arrive.

Please do not sign for goods if you judge that the packaging or goods have been damaged during transit, as this may void any liability of the shipping company.

If you notice any damage to packaging or good please take a photo and email us at sales@eorb.com.au
