Terms and conditions of EORB AUSTRALIA

Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these terms you agree to use your ebike in compliance with the laws in your State or Territory.
As the legislation is constantly evolving around ebikes we suggest you check the current legislation applicable in your state. At this point in time our ebikes are much more powerful than legally allowed on Australian public roads, tracks or trails and can only be used on private property.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EORB and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. MANUFACTURE WARRANTY - FREY BIKE
Once your FREY Bike is registered after receiving (Visit link for registration), FREY Bike will provide a 2-year warranty from the date of registration against defects in materials and workmanship for original equipment. Please register your FREY Bike upon purchase within 14 days from the date that you received the bike. Otherwise, the warranty claim may not be processed.

What products are covered under this warranty?
Frame, include parts. Motor system, battery pack, Charger. Other parts and components (except consumables such as tires, tubes, brake pads, transmission group etc.)

What is not covered by this Warranty?
Normal wear and tear. Improper assembly. Corrosion. Improper follow-up maintenance.

Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty starts from the date of original purchase, is offered to the original owner and can be transferable to a later buyer. This warranty applies only to bikes purchased through the official FREY website, FREY ambassadors, and FREY agents/distributors. FREY BIKE is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This Manufacturer Warranty is offered by FREY Bikes.
